Open SettingsFrom the Pollen app, tap through to Settings.

Tap "Delete account"You'll be asked, optionally, why you're leaving. It's skippable.

ConfirmYour account and everything in it is deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
Your account and phone number
Every screenshot and link you've saved, and the catalog built from them
Your Wishlist and anything claimed on it
Your connections: everyone you follow, and everyone following you
This is not a soft delete. Once confirmed, it cannot be undone or recovered, by you or by us.
If you no longer have the app installed
You can still request deletion. Email hello@joinpollen.app from the address associated with your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and we'll delete your account manually and confirm once it's done.
